How it works

Your new pieces, workshops and market days, turned into posts you approve. Here is one Saturday market, from your plans to your page.

Step 1

Bring what you have

Add your upcoming workshops and market days, and upload your pieces as a spreadsheet. Add your website and we read your logo, colors and voice from it. Connect your Facebook page and Instagram account once.

Example

Riverside Market, Saturday at 9am

Step 2

Pick a starting point

Pick Saturday’s market, a piece from your catalog, a post from your blog, a friend’s blog or an industry blog, or type one sentence. You get a draft post: its words, written in your voice, for you to read.

Example

Draft: “Find us at the Riverside Market on Saturday from 9. The new glazed mugs are coming with us. Come early for the blue ones.”

Step 3

Add an image, then a video

Turn the draft into an image, sized for Instagram, or use a photo of your own work instead. Then turn that image into a short video. The image is its first frame, so the two always match.

Step 4

Approve it

Read the draft for Saturday’s market and give it a thumbs up or down. Nothing goes out until you publish it, and your thumbs shape the posts you get next.

Example

Draft: “Find us at the Riverside Market on Saturday from 9. The new glazed mugs are coming with us. Come early for the blue ones.”

Step 5

Post now or schedule it

Choose which of your accounts each post goes to, and post now or pick a time, like Thursday at 6pm, two days before the market. Your posting calendar shows what is planned and what has gone out.

The posting week on a phone: Thursday at 6pm holds the Riverside Market post
